So, I bring two orders of business to the table.

The first is how do you guys cope with not knowing what's going on in your favorite shows. Is there like, a secret in to tv spoilers. Or does that get to close to possibly spoiling the people from that world? Either way, I'm dying here.

And for the second part... This one goes out to all the technopaths out there. I can do pretty much anything if I have schematics, but I don't. And I got this nifty little thing for Christmas that ended up just being a hunk of plastic. So if any of you technologically inclined geniuses would be so kind as to fix it, I'm sure I can scrounge up some sort of reward.

Well, since they say we go right back to when we left when we get out of here, like, it's not like we're missing anything on TV. So really, nothing is going on. Well, like, kinda.

It does sort of suck that I'll have to wait until who knows when to know what happens next, though.

Ugh. Maybe mission work can get me future DVD sets. I can't stand not knowing, it's so dumb.

If you really want to put in that much work just for DVDs or whatever. Maybe you can find some in the item shop. Like, all kinds of stuff pops up there, you know?

...The not knowing really is still like, kinda grating though, huh? It's like, not even just TV, either! Radio shows, new movies...Geez, now that I think about it, there was a bunch of stuff I was looking forward to back home...!

[She lets out a sigh. It's not the worst thing about Luceti, but it really is kind of a bummer.]

On the plus side, there's a chance that the people from that show are here somewhere. The multiverse is great like that.

I guess that is kind of cool, but like...doesn't that kind of freak you out? Like, characters from TV and stuff can show up here, doesn't that mean that like, in someone else's world, we could be from movies or whatever, too?

[The idea kind of blows her mind.]

Nah. Not as much as it probably should.

...I guess it's better that it doesn't. Even if we were from stuff like that, it's not like there would be a lot anyone could do about it.

[Besides, she can't imagine anyone making a TV show about someone like herself anyway.]

Yep. Rolling with the punches is better than denial. Better to just try and avoid spoilers, really.

I guess I'm lucky I haven't run into anything spoilery from where I'm from yet. Not that I would remember it once I left here anyway...

It's not really the "how is it going to effect going back" that I worry about. Sitting around here with things I couldn't change on my mind would drive me crazy.

Oh...I get what you mean. If you happened to find out something bad happens later on...Geez, talk about awful. [The fact that things like that are even possible here...] ...I totally hate this place sometimes.

Then again, like, most people do, right?

Some people might want to know. Probably thinking they can chance it once they get back.

[She hadn't thought of that, having always just accepted that people forget when they go home. Her voice softens a little bit.]

That...kinda makes the whole thing kinda sad, doesn't it?

It does, yeah. [ This conversation got heavy. Tommy sighs, shaking off any thoughts of home. ] So, you just have to have fun while you're here!

That's a good way to think about it. I mean, it's not like this place is like, constantly horrible or anything. Like that weird moon theme park. It was... [She doesn't want to say it was "fun." She almost feels like that would be admitting defeat in a way.] It wasn't bad, I guess.
