[ He debates it for a while. It's on his mind. A reminder of how irritating that naivity had been, how much he'd wanted to shake the both of them at the time and force them to face reality.
So, he turns to the journal. The words are scratched out lightning fast on the page, blink and suddenly there's a question and a snapshot of an irritated looking boy with stark white hair tapping the pencil furiously against the table. ]

[ And a little later in the day, when all the seriousness has passed, Tommy comes around again to the journals. He's restless and with his speed back, he's rapidly running out of things to do. There's no way he's going to sit around thinking about the draft, and there's no way in hell he's going to mope about it.
Life's too short, after all. ]

So, I bring two orders of business to the table.
The first is how do you guys cope with not knowing what's going on in your favorite shows. Is there like, a secret in to tv spoilers. Or does that get to close to possibly spoiling the people from that world? Either way, I'm dying here.
And for the second part... This one goes out to all the technopaths out there. I can do pretty much anything if I have schematics, but I don't. And I got this nifty little thing for Christmas that ended up just being a hunk of plastic. So if any of you technologically inclined geniuses would be so kind as to fix it, I'm sure I can scrounge up some sort of reward.

[ Radio silence for a few minutes and then the steady badda-badda-badda of a tapping pencil cuts in. Tommy looks positively bored. Exploring and avoiding human contact can only do so much for you until eventually, the avoiding becomes more of a hassle than dealing with it.

Okay, so in a place as small as Luceti it does. He'd gladly do anything else. He'd run over the mountains but the mountains are kind of a no-go for the week and so he's just grudgingly settling in to house sit. ]
Soo... [ He drums the pencil a little faster. ] This is it, huh? Little slice of heaven, living the dream in between crazy newbie parties and total Malnosso induced madness. You'd think things would be a little weirder for that, I'm almost disappointed at how normal this place is.
Couple've things. One, I think I need a racing partner. Don't apply unless you can keep up.
Number two, if you have opposable thumbs and you're not completely inept at gaming, I'm challenging you right here and now. I don't care what and I don't care who, I'm just seriously missing my systems.

I gotta say I was expecting more from a mystical kidnapping. Or scientific. Actually, I'm not really sure which is which anymore, so I'm going to go ahead with inconvenient. And dull. Dull is really the most important thing here. I've been in jails more entertaining than this, and I say this as a guy who went to Hell and back and managed to have more fun there in ten minutes than I've had here in the 76 hours I've been here. It's pretty small.
So what do you people do for fun around here? I'm going to guess blog, since this whole journal thing is like a primitive Facebook without the Like system. [ He scribbles a thumbs up. ] If you don't know what this is, and I'm guessing your reality must really suck on top of that, it's just a convenient way of acknowledging people you don't really like exist without having to actually engage them.
